Meet Amanda
As a third-generation Brevard County native, I grew up enjoying the kind of childhood most parents hope to give their own kids—sunny days, safe neighborhoods, great schools, and time spent surfing and boating. After attending the University of Virginia and living in South Florida and New Jersey, I realized just how special this area truly is.
When my husband and I welcomed our first son, Thomas, we knew Brevard County was where we wanted to put down roots. Over the years, we've added three more boys to our family, and these days you'll usually find us at community events, ballfields, and cheering from the sidelines.
From Corporate Sales to Real Estate — And Why It Changed Everything
Before I became a Real Estate Agent, I spent 15 years in pharmaceutical sales, trained by four Fortune 100 companies. I learned the art of negotiation, the importance of integrity, and how to truly listen to what people need — not just what they say they want.
But after years of success in corporate America, I realized something was missing. I wanted to use those skills in a way that felt personal, meaningful, and rooted in the place I love most: Brevard County.
So I made the leap into real estate. And I've never looked back.
What I didn't expect was how much this work would become about more than transactions. It became about transitions — helping people through divorce, downsizing, relocation, loss, and new beginnings. It became about being present for the moments that matter most.
